The hurricane threw a wrench in the plans for this Change of Command Ceremony, but if the Navy taught us anything it’s to be flexible. There was a last minute location change to a building with power and we were good to go! It ended up being a beautiful day to celebrate a job well done for one Captain, while wishing the new Captain fair winds and following seas.
